For Speedheater, my role grew across e-commerce, content, campaigns, photography, web and the digital customer experience.
The work changed with the needs of the business, from developing campaign concepts and content to improving digital touchpoints and supporting broader business development.

What can I use my monthly capacity for?
Anything within the agreed scope of creative support. That could mean content this month, website updates next month, or a mix of campaign work and design support. We decide priorities together.
Why do the packages include hours?
The hours create a clear boundary for both of us. You’re not buying isolated hourly tasks. You’re reserving access to my creative capacity each month.
Do unused hours roll over?
Normally, no. Your monthly capacity is reserved specifically for you. If your workload is naturally more irregular, we can discuss a custom setup.
What happens if I need more time?
If there’s room in my schedule, you can add extra capacity. Larger projects can also be scoped separately so they don’t consume your regular monthly support.
Can you help us plan, not just produce?
Absolutely. And this becomes a bigger part of the relationship in Momentum and Embedded. Sometimes the most valuable creative work happens before anything gets designed.
